After driving two and a half days we arrived at Jim & Connie's house near Greer, SC to finally take possession of our 2011 Winnebago Tour 42QD. Sue drove the motorhome to our first campground and Terry drove the car. Jim showed us how to level and hook up and shared whatever other information/education he could think of. Connie was so thoughtful to gift us with a small bouquet of flowers, muffins, and a tray of cheese/crackers/cookies. Then... we were on our own!
On Friday the 16th we took the motorhome to Richard's RV Service Center to have our Blue Ox Tow Kit and Roadmaster Brakemaster installed so we could head back to Lincoln,
After learning how to hook up the car and brake system we moved to Cunningham RV Park near Spartanburg for our second night in our new home.
